Brady, Kena and I are always doing crazy things together.
We don't like doing the same old normal things all the time.
The other day we went to Dennys at midnight for some breakfast.
It was definitely a blast.
We were looking good.
Kena had to sneak an outside drink in since they weren't allowed and she couldn't bear to part with it.
This weekend, Brady and I decided to crash Clearfield's winter dance. It was actually pretty fun! Although not quite a Syracuse dance. (: We enjoyed ourselves and didn't get kicked out like the rest of the kids who came from our school. It was a great time. Love my Clearfield friends!
No worries, we definitely bought tickets. Didn't try to sneak in... yet. (;
In other news - the best part of my school week was getting a quart of half and half during prostart from my teacher who was cleaning out her fridge. Yummmmm. Judge me all you want but I love the stuff. I'll drink it like it's milk. Working at Sub Zero has made me this way.
Also, took my first college math final for 1050, straight from USU. It was hard. Brady and I studied for days and days, eventually even going as far as searching high and low for our teacher's number so that we could text her about some questions we had. But it was all worth it because we both got....100%!
I also got to go to my first catering job with Sub Zero this weekend. But just my luck? It was in Park City. Driving home in the blizzard was so scary, especially through the canyon. The roads were extremely slippery and the fog was so dense that Jamie couldn't even see the lines of the lanes since she's so short and couldn't see the lines closest to the truck that got lit by the headlights. There were quite a few scary moments, including almost getting hit by a semi-truck. But we made it back safe and enjoyed doing all of our dishes at midnight.
The catering itself was pretty fun. It was for a fancy business holiday party and everyone there was super drunk. Like majorly. We had one lady claiming to us that she was a psychic and kept "reading" us over and over again. We had someone else who claimed her husband had just made a break through that would "change the world!" Ha ha I don't know, it was just incredibly entertaining.
We made friends with the staff who worked there, and they switched us some of their incredible food for ice cream. It was marvelous.
I sure do love my job.
