Girl's Best Friend

I am dedicating this post to my dog Levi. He is seriously one of my best friends!

Well, Levi sleeps on the end of my bed. Monday night it rained really hard. So hard that I woke up around 2 AM. I was having a really hard time falling back asleep and I noticed Levi was gone. I figured he must have went to sleep in my parents room.I decided to go get a drink and when I came back into my room I saw Levi hiding under my bed. He was scared to death of the rain! I called him back up on the bed and instead of laying at the bottom of the bed like usual, he crawled right up next to me. I spent the next hour petting him to calm him down until he fell asleep again. Ha ha, he makes me laugh! I don't know what I'd do without him!

Hopes, Dreams, and Other Things That'll Probably Never Happen

1) I have this goal to do the Miss America Pageant someday. I don't need to win, I just want to do it for the experience! Wouldn't it be so cool to say you have done Miss America?!

2) I wish I were a billionaire. I know money can't buy happiness, but I'd rather cry in my ferrari surrounded by new clothes.

3) Finish high school with a 4.0 GPA. So far I've got it but I'm sure it'll get harder.

4) Learn to play another instrument! Preferably harp! But I'd be ok with guitar too!

5) One day I want to make up a cool saying. Like, "Is your name virtue? Because you've been garnishing my thoughts unceasingly." (: I love it.

6) Be a famous model! No, I don't even need to be famous. But it'd be SO fun to be a model. I could be in front of a camera all day! I love to get my pictures taken and I wish I could do it more often.

7) I hope to go to Paris for my senior trip! The language, the culture, the fashion, the landmarks, the excitement.......... Point is I really want to go.

What a fabulous month it is.
-Two Late Stars and Three Days Off (:

I have been enjoying life lately. I went to a stake dance yesterday. They aren't amazing but they are way more fun then sitting home alone doing nothing on a Saturday night! I went to Rue again yesterday. I went to our Ward Halloween party on Friday and I went to the game afterwards. I'm sad that the games are over now. I love to go! We did win though, and it's about time.

Still considering doing the Miss Utah High Pageant next month. Decisions decisions..... The only thing that's stopping me is that the director isn't really a very good person. He is very much against modesty and the LDS church. I sort of want to do it just to prove him wrong. Who says you can't be modest and still win a pageant? It's not like he's the judge!

My piano teacher is going to move to Texas pretty soon and I couldn't feel worse about it! Julie's amazing and I've learned so much from her. I'm going to keep taking from her until her house sells and hopefully that's not for at least a couple more months!

Fall break?!

Absolutely not. I need some time to breathe! (And finish reading Message in a Bottle. Thank you Nicholas Sparks.)

I.....

1) Am giving a talk next Sunday. I am actually pretty excited about it! And this might sound crazy but I love to speak! Writing the talk is the not so fun part but for some reason, I am totally not nervous!!! (: If someone would write the talks for me, I would totally speak every week.
2) Went to see Life As We Know It with Katie on Saturday. It was a cute movie and Katie and I always have so much fun together!

3) Am starting to get ready to move into my new room! My dad is amazing and has worked so fast and my room is basically done already and the bathroom is getting close and it's only been 6 weeks. I am WAY excited. My accent wall is pink and I'm planning on having it be amazing. (: Good thing I have learned a lot from interior design!

4) Am very excited for the upcoming four day weekend!

5) Am going to do the Miss Utah High pageant next month! (: Yay! I've missed pageants like crazy.

6) Hate. Gym. So. Much.

7) Am supposed to be doing homework right now! Bye!

New Driver

So I passed my permit test today! I did it on my first try and I was pretty excited about it! (: However, after that my dad made me drive home. Do you know how terrified I was?! I have never driven, or even touched the pedals of a car! So without any instruction, I back out and drive home on the highway in the RAIN! AHHHHHHHHHHH! It was probably the scariest experience of my whole life. I hate turning! I do just fine driving straight, but turning? Let's just say I am lucky to be alive. My dad had to save our lives twice. Sigh. It is a relief to have the test passed though and hopefully *cross my fingers* driving will get easier!

Miss Utah Outstanding Teen Pageant!

Yesterday I got to go to the Miss Utah Outstanding Teen Pageant! I went to watch Cheyenne compete! It was so much fun. I just love pageants so much. Going to the Covey Center again brought back all the memories of when I competed in this pageant last year!

Cheyenne struggled a lot and I felt bad for her. But she's gorgeous and with all of the hard competition, I thought she did a great job! I got to see Marla, Meredith, Marisa, Stefani, Megan, and Amy again as well! It was like a Miss Utah Outstanding Teen 2010 reunion! Going to these pageants has me craving to do more and I am working on learning a new, harder song on the piano so that I can compete in this pageant next year! (:

Game Day!

I love Game Days! I don't even watch the games really, I just go because of the social aspect of it and because it's just part of the high school experience to go to the football games! I love it though! It's way fun. (:
